Reachline is the tool the Pitch Deck Creators team uses to reach out to prospects and to let them book calls with us. It is used by our team only; prospects never need an account.
A message from our team can include a link to book a call. It opens a Reachline booking page with the times our team member is free.
A team member can connect their Google Calendar. Reachline then reads when they are busy, never what their events are, so the booking page only offers open times.
When a prospect picks a time, Reachline adds the meeting to the team member's Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and sends the prospect an invitation. The prospect can move or cancel the call from the link in that invitation, and Reachline updates or removes the event.
Reachline only changes calendar events it created, does not share Google data with third parties, and does not use it for advertising. A team member can disconnect their calendar at any time, which deletes the stored access and revokes it at Google.
